Getting Started

We accept players from every Canadian province, Ontario included. To open an account for real-money play, we ask for some basic personal details and then complete an identity check. This follows the standards set by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and, for Ontario residents, by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

Legal age is different depending on where you live. In Ontario you must be at least 19, while in most other provinces registration is possible from 18. Creating Your Account

Identity Verification

Right after email confirmation we move on with verification. We typically need three types of documents: proof of identity, proof of address and sometimes a proof of the payment method you intend to use. In most cases we complete checks within 48 to 72 hours.

Acceptable identity documents include

For address confirmation, we use documents dated within the last three months. Utility bills, bank statements or government letters that display your registered address are usually suitable. The name printed there needs to match both your ID and the data in the registration form.

Mobile Registration

Players in Ontario can complete registration inside our Google Play app. The process is adapted for smaller screens but uses the same verification rules and document checks.

Install the Luxury Casino Ontario app from the Google Play Store, open it and tap the registration section. Fill in the form, submit it and look for the confirmation email to activate the account. Then sign in with your credentials, go to the verification area in the account settings and use your phone camera to capture your documents. The photos are uploaded directly through the app.

Each stage of the bonus is triggered only if the deposit is at least C$10. You also need to opt in at the cashier before you confirm the payment.

Wagering rules apply before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings. For the first and second deposits, the wagering requirement is 200x the bonus amount. Starting from the third deposit, the requirement is 30x. So a C$10 bonus under 200x wagering needs C$2,000 in total bets before it converts to cash that can be withdrawn.

Making Your First Deposit

Once verification is marked complete, you can fund your account from the cashier area. The minimum deposit is C$10 for all supported payment methods.

Log in, open the cashier, choose how you want to pay and type in the amount. At this point you can decide whether to activate the deposit bonus and then confirm the transaction details. In most cases the funds reach your balance within a few minutes and appear in your transaction history.

Withdrawals
